Worst app ever

The designer of this app only want to make money but not fixing bugs. The lights are not responding to all of my hue apps that i bought from this designer! Lights are turning themselves off and the delay to change is horribly long. At first i blame my connection but when I switched back to phillips hue app it works just fine. There is no delay there. Speaking of me owning hue disco, xmas Halloween, fireworks, and worldcup. They all are not working properly! I emailed feedbacks to them never heard back! What is the point of designing something that cant basically work?
